Policy

Responsible Communications Policy

Customers retain control over support interactions and contact preferences.

Effective Date: July 12, 2026 Last Updated: July 15, 2026 Version: 1.1

Support-form communications

Communications may respond to a submitted support request, a requested callback or necessary follow-up on an existing interaction. They must remain limited to the support purpose.

Identification

Representatives should identify Arcamusa, Inc., explain the support purpose and confirm the request where appropriate. They must not impersonate a carrier, device manufacturer or government organization.

Sensitive information

Representatives should not request complete passwords, one-time authentication codes, banking PINs, complete payment-card information, recovery phrases or private keys.

Unexpected recipients

If a recipient states that support was not requested or the number is wrong, the call should end without seeking sensitive information.

Customer control and no-contact requests

A customer may end an interaction or submit a no-contact request to compliance@arcamusa.net. Requests should be reviewed and applied through the approved internal process.
